1. Click "affiliates"

17. Business classification : individual

18. Phone number : type your phone number

19. Instan messenger : no

20. Use e passporte : no

22. Click "submit" ( klik agreement first)

23. You will get your URL website (save this web for your promotion)

24. Click "account information" for see your account information

25. Click "here" (blue color) for update your information with your payment

26. Click " sign up to be paid by prepaid mastercard" (blue color) and you`ll be directed to make your master card

27. Click "Get your prepaid mastercard now"

28. Folow the steps and fill the blank

29. And then fill your id, your passport or driver license.

With folow this ways we`ll get mastercard with payoneer. Because any country cant make credit card directly from payoneer because it was blocked (like indonesia and etc)

If your credit card was sent to your address (in two weeks after verification) dont forget to activate in and then promotion your web.
