Kalau di bisnis internet bagaimana mengelola resikonya?
Resiko dan sukses itu ibarat madu dan lebah. Keduanya berjodoh. Yang satu terkait dengan yang lainnya. Jika anda mau mendapatkan madunya, anda harus mau ambil resiko tersengat lebah. Kalau anda tak mau tersengat namun tetap ingin mendapatkan madunya, anda bisa menggunakan pakaian khusus yang menutupi tangan dan wajah anda. Itulah yang disebut mengelola resiko atau yang biasa disebut dengan istilah manajemen resiko.
Kalau di bisnis internet bagaimana mengelola resikonya?
Yang perlu diketahui, dalam bisnis apapun, baik bisnis internet maupun non-internet, resiko itu mutlak ada. Tak bisa sama sekali dihilangkan. Yang bisa kita lakukan hanyalah meminimalkannya. Agar kita bisa mengelola resiko, menerapkan manajemen resiko dalam bisnis internet perlu dilakukan.
Dalam sistem manajemen resiko, kurang lebih ada empat tahapan sebagai berikut:
1. Mengenali resiko. Kita harus tahu resiko-resiko bisnis yang mungkin terjadi. Apa saja kira-kira resiko bisnis internet anda? Resiko berupa produk tak laku, resiko produk dibajak, resiko rugi karena tak balik modal, dan resiko apa lagi lainnya? Ayo mari temukan.
2. Menghitung resiko. Setelah kita kenali resiko-resiko yang mungkin terjadi, baru kita hitung resiko tersebut. Berapa besar kira-kira uang yang lenyap akibat resiko itu? Kalau untuk membangun bisnis internet memang tak butuh uang banyak. Namun resiko kerugian yang ditimbulkan bisa jauh lebih besar. Artinya potensi penghasilan yang bisa diraup hilang begitu saja akibat tak terkontrolnya resiko-resiko tersebut. Misalkan berapa kerugian akibat produk anda dibajak. Atau misalkan saat situs web anda tak bisa diakses, berapa banyak orang yang mungkin awalnya berniat bergabung menjadi tertunda. Dengan menghitung resiko tersebut bisa menjadi salah satu pertimbangan anda dalam melakukan prioritas penanganan resiko bisnis.
3. Menyiapkan strategi dan menerapkannya. Selanjutnya tinggal menyiapkan strategi dan menerapkannya. Kalau resikonya adalah produk anda dibajak, tentu anda harus siapkan pengamanan yang memadai untuk produk anda. Agar situs web anda tak beresiko mudah down, salah satu strateginya tentu anda perlu memilih web hosting berkualitas.
4. Memantau resiko. Untuk mempermudah memantau resiko, sangat baik kalau anda buat daftar resiko bisnis internet anda. Upayakan terus agar resiko itu bisa diminimalisir. Cari cara baru agar resiko itu terus bisa diperkecil. Jangan ragu melakukan perubahan kalau strategi yang anda lakukan tak berhasil seperti yang diharapkan.
Itulah langkah-langkah yang bisa anda jalankan dalam melakukan manajemen resiko bisnis internet. Sekali lagi saya tegaskan resiko sama sekali tak bisa dihilangkan. Yang bisa kita lakukan hanyalah meminimalisirnya. Dan mau tak mau, seperti kata Mas Fadly, resiko harus kita hadapi. Untuk menghadapinya, kata Mas Iwan kita membutuhkan keberanian.
Tak ada yang perlu ditakuti dari resiko. Resiko juga bukan untuk dihindari. Sebab dalam setiap gerak kita resiko selalu melekat. Yang penting, selama resiko itu ada dalam kontrol anda, percayalah bisnis internet anda berada dalam jalur yang benar untuk menapak kesuksesan.

Prevent Getting Scammed
Hi guys, now i will give you a few simple things to prevent getting scammed.
Follow them closely, they are very accurate and will help you in the long run.
1. Don't Join Non-Customized Sites
When finding a new site, look at the layout, is it good, or bad?
This may not seem like a key factor, but it most definately is.
If the layout is very bad(visually), they probably didn't put much time into it.
This means they either can't design, or just don't care.
Also if they are running the same old "bux" layout with a new banner, keep away.
You want to find a site that is custom and in it for the long haul.
If they were in it for the long haul they would make their site unique.
2. Don't Join Sites Of Past Scammers
If the site owner is known to of scammed in the past, don't join.
The site owner may have an excuse or decided to "change his ways", but don't buy it.
If they have scammed once, they will scam again, don't take the risk, ever.
3. Don't Purchase Anything <-- Important!
If you find a new site that seems to look okay and your considering purchasing something, don't.
If the site is brand new with no real userbase or even payment proofs, don't join.
Even if you hear people sing praises about getting payments, don't.
Most scam sites pay out tons and tons quickly right away, then it just stops.
Let the site be online for at least 1.5-2 months before purchasing to be safe.
4. Don't Use Sites Without Support/Forums
If the site doesn't have a good support system or forums where an admin is active, don't use it.
This is the key way users and admins speak to each other and if it doesn't exist, they don't care.
You should be able to get in contact with the owner within 48 hours at any time.
