May be you are confused with this term but don't worry, i will explain it....

What is Instant PTC?
Instant PTC means that will give payment according to instant, but hope to discriminated between instant payout and instant payment, instant payment will mean that when we shall buy a certain from ptc be got according to instant after we shall do payment. while instant payout means that we will accept payment from ptc according to instant, in count second.

To detect to what ptc that instant payout or not, check TOS, usually contains : " ALL PAYMENTS ARE INSTANT" , or " payment sent immediately/instantly" .

What is Noninstant PTC?
Noninstant PTC will give payment in business day count (saturday week and red-letter day is not count). Usually ptc like this more and more member longer do payment. Type of this PTC usually stableer in do payment, because account member be auditted beforehand before get payment, so that don't hope you that do skulduggery can escape from PTC audit genuinely good.
